Trauma & tension combo includes variations of  stretches & massage to release & stimulate the Vagus nerve, Psoas muscles, hip flexors & belly button, where most trauma is stored in the body. Also, cupping, body candling and other techniques to help release stagnation from deep within your vessel to speed up your nervous, muscular, and/or lymphatic system's recovery.  *NOT a traditional massage.* 

Growing a human is exhausting! Sometimes you just need a great massage and a quality nap. This is a combo package for all "Mamas to be" that includes a relaxing massage & a foot scrub. This combo treatment includes one hour Reiki session followed by an hour massage for a complete package of self care. Full body.

Reiki is a Japanese form of energy healing, a type of alternative medicine. Using a technique called palm healing or hands-on healing through which a "universal energy" is transferred through my palms to your body in order to encourage emotional or physical healing through your chakras. Additionally, I use intuitive nudges to provide other insight that may need to be addressed & use healing crystals. Every session is unique, whatever comes up needs to come out.

A modality that includes heating lava stones & healing crystals to a therapeutic temperature then applying them to the body throughout the massage to effectively relieve pain, tension, inflammation, anxiety, insomnia, depression, arthritis & fibromyalgia. MLD is a light and gentle massage that addresses the lymph only.  To reduce swelling due to post surgery, Lymphedema, cancer recovery, cosmetic surgery/ liposuction or any other cause of swelling. MLD also helps rid your body of stagnation & inflammation. You can choose full body or targeted areas for your 60 minute session.

Massage that incorporates cold cyro balls to numb pain receptors, ease pain, tension & swelling followed by heated lava stones to relax and induce blood flow to help heal your tissues. Full body massage.

This  is an  add-on to any of the treatments above EXCEPT PRENATAL PAMPERING. Both products are plant-based & made by Botanika Life. The body oil is 1500mg full spectrum CBD which allows more benefits than the typical closed spectrum CBD offered by many others. The spot treatment is between 145-150mg full spectrum CBD, lidocaine & menthol.

Allow me to come to you for a session in the comfort of your home. I am able to do back to back sessions for couples/family. Offering hospital visits as well. Anywhere outside of Las Vegas/Henderson will have an add-on fee of $.50 per mile from my clinic address. **Other restrictions apply call/text for details.
